General Anxiety Self Help

Do you tend to worry about one thing after another all day? Does it interfere with your life to the existent that it's really difficult to get anything done? If this sounds familiar it's quite possible that you are suffering from GAD or general anxiety disorder. I suffered with this problem for a long time in my life, but I did manage to come to a point where I feel calmer and more relaxed.
