Easy Recipes: A BLT With Some Pizzaz--Meet The BLAAT!

We all love a BLT from time to time. I like to add avocado and alfalfa sprouts and hence the name BLAAT. We all also have our favorite breads that we to make our sandwich with. My favorites, alternating, are baguette, whole wheat, and pumpernickel swirl. I like the bread lightly toasted, with a coat of mayonnaise but not too much, and nothing fancy like capers. I also like to use toothpicks to keep things neat. Eating the BLAAT is never very neat, but preparing it is.
